There are few moments in life where you can feel the gravity of a decision being made in real time. What do I mean by this? In hindsight, our vision is 20/20. We can look back and know that choosing to go out for dinner that night allowed us to bump into that new friend - which then led us to x…y… and then, eventually, z. Usually, we can only notice the domino effect after it happens. This night on the interstate was not that. I was hyper-aware of being in-between two completely different life paths.
